Il progetto A.QUA. nasce per dotare le strutture turistico/ricettive di un “Disciplinare Operativo” che rispecchi il telaio procedurale tipico dei Sistemi di gestione di Qualità (SGQ) rispondenti alle Normative UNI EN ISO.
