On March 2 we had the first maintenance visit for " HumanForm " according to the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Company - followed by Dr. Robert Ardizzi - has played a major audit of the entire QMS (Quality Management System) to adjust to the new standard edition of 2008.
The manual and management procedures have been integrated with a series of operational instructions that are described in greater detail the individual tasks in the Flow Chart and descriptive.
The training phase is was monitored throughout the year and internal audits have shown a thorough understanding of the QMS by staff and an active participation of those activities related to the management and quality improvement.
This was confirmed by the positive outcome of the maintenance visit, which took place in an atmosphere of peace and cooperation between the Auditor and the Organization.
Quality for "HumanForm" : a goal achieved with flying colors!
