In questo post tratteremo della trasformazione di file dal formato PDF al formato PDF/A
Nei miei precedente post dell'1 marzo 2010 e del 2 maggio 2010 ho trattato diffusamente le caratteristiche e la produzione di file in formato PDF/A per gli scopi più vari, ma in particolare per allegarli alle pratiche camerali.

There are valid commercial tools for this need, but there is also an excellent tool to achieve this legally and free: Open Office.

Let's see how to turn a PDF into PDF / A
1) Open the application Open Office Writer
2) From the File menu / Open identify and open the PDF files that we want to convert, thanks to the Plug-in from Sun that we have installed the file will be opened by Open Office without problems
3) The voice File menu and then choose the option Export as PDF
4) From the Options Menu PDF that arises in the general section, set the box PDF/A-1
5) Activate the Export
6) Save the document with the name chosen
End ... it's all here! It 'a simple, legitimate and free!
