Incentivi alle Imprese per la sicurezza sul lavoro

INAIL is the financing program, implementing the DD.Lgs. 81/2008 and 106/2009, Art. 11, paragraph 5.

1. OBJECTIVE

Stimulating Enterprise to implement interventions designed to improve levels of health and safety at work can be presented investment projects, training and adoption of organizational and social responsibility.

2. AMOUNT OF CONTRIBUTION

The incentive consists of a capital subsidy to the extent from 50% to 75% of project costs . The contribution is between a minimum of € 5,000 and a maximum of € 100,000.00. For businesses and individuals for training projects, limits are more bassi.Per amounts maggiori può essere richiesta un'anticipazione del 50%.

3. DESTINATARI

Destinatari sono le imprese, anche individuali, iscritte alla Camera di Commercio Industria, Artigianato ed Agricoltura.

4. RISORSE

Per l'anno 2010 l'INAIL ha stanziato 60 milioni di euro ripartiti in budget regionali.

5. MODALITA' E TEMPI

A partire dal 10 dicembre 2010 on the site www.inail.it companies have access to a computer procedure that allows, by simply filling out the required fields, to explore the possibility of applying for contributo.La Applications may be submitted via the online procedure starting at 14,00 January 12, 2011 (opening door) .
